Maybe you’ve bought an old house that needs modernizing, or perhaps you just want to smarten up your own home to increase its value.

Whatever the reason, there are times when simple redecoration isn’t quite enough—which is where SiGMA comes in.

We can offer guidance about changing the layout and/or usage of rooms — for example, to create an additional bathroom or open-plan kitchen. If that requires planning permission,

   We can also offer advice and suggestions about    interior design, from the overall look and feel of    your home, to its individual fixtures and fittings.

   We offer free estimates, which of course include labour and building material costs, but other    materials, such as wallpaper, tiles or flooring have to be costed separately, based on the client’s    choices.

   A complete house refurbishment usually involves    demolition, plumbing, rewiring, central heating    replacement, plastering, and decorating; and can    involve roofing, and carpentry—replacing
   floorboards, and building staircases, and bespoke    wardrobes, cupboards and bookcases, etc.

   All our work is co-ordinated by an on-site project    manager, which means that you deal directly with
   a trained professional who ensures that building    regulations are complied with, and that the work
   is carried out in accordance with your wishes,
   and our  promises.
